These are the guidelines for Membership into the Immortal Lost Souls (ILS) Level 30+ Guild members are allowed and encouraged to have their Alt. characters in the guild regardless of level. Please have your Alts under Level 30 play using the /roleplay command. Also on your mains if you don't want your class or location for public viewing use /roleplay not /anon so we can see you in a guild who all. You must sign up for the message board to post your ap. After being accepted you must add your name and character info to the members list and keep it up to date. If you have any problems with your signup, email JdarAivat@ilsguild.org and I'll help you get it together. About Joining - Post your intent to join on the AP board. All the info you need as to what is to be in your ap is there. We are currently looking for the below characters. You are encouraged to ap if your character type isn't on the list. If you fit our playstyle we're looking for you as well.
Clerics Level 30+
Participation - We are a small casual guild. We don't raid 7 days a week for 10 hours a day. If that's want you want to do, more power to you but you'll need to go elsewhere. We usually get raids and grouping together on the fly. We got enough folks on... We'll get something going. If not we'll exp, help someone on a quest, farm, tradeskill, or sit around and chat. To answer some frequently asked questions... Guild Website - Check the website regularly! Guild members and leaders post news and events on the guild forum. Guild members are expected to visit the guild website at least every other day to browse the website and see what is going on. Teleports/Resurrections - You must attempt to find their own res or teleport prior to asking for one in guild chat. Our Rezzers and portors have always been extremely helpful and we must learn to NOT exploit this helpfulness. If you can not find a teleport or res , then ask for one in guild chat but please do not continuously spam your request if not granted. We will NOT tolerate harassment in any shape or form. Those who have the ability to resurrect, teleport, summon corpse are not servants. People have the right to ask, but in turn people have the right to say NO when in a group or just plan busy without fear of a guilt trip. This is a matter of respect for your fellow guildmates. Player Etiquette - If a member displays bad playing etiquette that member may be dismissed after proper warning if the situation doesn't improve. We follow Play Nice Policiesas posted on posted on the EverQuest website. Some offenses include but are not limited to... Kill stealing / Training Begging - includes begging for Pling, gear, ect. Spamming (any chat channel) - includes holding conversations in /shout, or any chat that is annoying to most members. If you come into the game and say hello and no one anwsers you don't need to be upset or feel slighted. Folks fight and go afk and miss tells sometimes. Bad Sportsmanship - cheating of any kind, not being able to get along with other players, arguing with players ( whether you started it or not ), ect. Plooting / Ninjalooting - Whenever you are in a group you are representing us as a guild. Don't be greedy and give everyone a fair chance to loot. Be respectful of the loot order that has been decided on by the rest of the group. If on a raid, be aware of the raid loot policy and follow it! As a general rule we follow NEED before GREED. Scaming or ripping people off - Making good trades ( ie "getting a good deal" ) I see nothing wrong with. Since there is no set prices here this one is a judgement call or your part. Of course we all want to make a profit when you can what we don't want is to be know for overpricing and undertrading. If you have a dispute suck it up and fix it. You'll make it back and build a better selling reputation for it. Excessive Profanity - This includes using alternate spellings for curse words. Harassment - Zero Tolerance. or any actions that bring a bad light on the guild. The ILS will have no tolerance for such actions and will take proper action for the best of all guild members and the guild as a whole. In extreme cases no warning will be given immediate disbandment will occur and or Gms contacted if the situation warrants. Don't think that because there aren't any guild members in your area that you can get away with breaking the rules. 99% of infomation I get is from other non-guild players. All these rules should be common sense for anybody and are not up for dicussion. If you have a problem with any of the Player Etiquette Rules target yourself and type /guildremove because your just going to be disbanded anyway. Any member or officer that has any problems or concerns may contact the guild leader at JdarAivat@ilsguild.org . Any concerns especially dealing with other members will be handled in confidence as they should be. |
